Your humble Webmaster is completely beside himself today.

The centerpiece of the Rod Blagojevich scandal in Illinois, of course, is his alleged plot to auction off Barack Obama's recently vacated Senate seat to the highest bidder. But the Illinois governor also has a long history of opposing your Second Amendment rights, and this track record is connected to the pay-for-play scandal in a most perverse way.

Voters who cast ballots for the GOP are often accused (and rightly so) for voting against their own interests because they support the Second Amendment.
