Ed Forchion was scheduled to submit a DNA saliva sample to the Camden County Probation Office on TuesdayDec. 2 as part of a new law requiring samples from people in prison or under the supervision of either a parole or probation officer.

1. since there are more rapes than murders....

...why not require penis registration? Require all men to provide a DNA sample so that the police can more effectively solve crimes.

require a background check on all condom sales, outlaw the private transfer of condoms without reporting to the proper agency.

I do not see anything in the Constitution that says you have the right to have sex, or to choose your sex partners, etc.

held to exist in Roe v. Wade would be applicable here.
