(No Link. I did a lot of googling looking up the brief, who signed it, and the party affliation of each state AG.)
38 states have filed Amicus briefs with the SCOTUS in the McDonald case for incorporating the 2nd Amendment. Out of those states, 21 state attorney generals are Democratic and have signed on. There are 32 state AGs that are Democrat, so more that half of the Democratic Party state AGs have signed on.
Aren't there certain regular posters here who keep claiming that Pro-RKBA is a Republican position? Are 21 Democratic state attorney generals (More than half) really VRWC secret operatives?
