The California Rifle and Pistol Association has downloadable petitions to oppose the ammunition law set to take effect 2/11/2010 here:

9. I should just set
up an ammo store on I-15 right at the border, bet I could make a decent living selling ammo to CA. citizens and the CA police could not do a damn thing about it.
