What I was alluding to is that there is often a concern that there are posters here who deliberately espouse fringe so-called liberal rhetoric in order to diminish the validity of one side of the issue.

For example, awhile back there were some posters who were advocating attacking our troops overseas. They were quickly admonished and subsequently tombstoned, but their effects continued to reverberate on.

Conservative talk-show hosts like Rush Limbaugh then point out these extreme views and say "See! Look how crazy these liberals are! How can we trust them!?" when in fact the kind of posts he uses are often conservatives posing as liberals.

Therefore, I am suspicious of posters in JPS sharing characteristics to these kinds of posters.
