Rifle shots fired at Yuma home, man arrested

YUMA, Ariz. (AP) — Yuma County sheriff's officials say they've arrested a 39-year-old man after three rifle shots were fired at a home.

Deputies stopped 39-year-old Christopher Michael Cartier's pickup just minutes after Wednesday morning's shooting. No one in the home was hurt.

Sheriff's spokesman Capt. Eben Bratcher says the family in the targeted home had taken out a restraining order against him.

Bratcher says a 30-30 rifle matching casings found at the scene was found in Cartier's truck. He surrendered without incident.

He had a restraining order against him. A RESTRAINING ORDER!!! You know, the piece of paper that has instructions on it, that if you don't follow to the letter your face melts and your testicles explode?
