2. Yes it is an easy one.

6. The bottom one is post ban

so that makes it the first one that is prohibited from importation.

It is most likely banned from inportation because it was made in a foreign country on US supplied equipment after WWII. I can't remember the program, but Reagan or BushI banned the importation of Surplus firearms made on US supplied equipment.

It is Colt "1991". Not banned. Now if it was a Norinco that would be a different story.
