Poll question: A poll for Gun Dungeon users - Its Super Tuesday
Who did you vote for? If you didn't because its not your day, who would've you?

I'm in Minnesota and will be going to the caucus shortly. I still don't know where I will wind up. I lost my horse early enough in the race and am undecided right now.

Are you voting today? Who gets your vote and why?

I'm guessing there is no difference down here between who best represents their RKBA stance and who you'll vote for, eh?

Who best represents the RKBAs? Or, for those in the minority in this forum, who best represents your specific view of sensible gun control

1. Both Kerry and Edwards
Both Kerry and Edwards voted for the ammendments to S.1805. They voted to extend the assault weapons ban, and they voted to require background checks on sales between individuals at gun shows.

Since my 2nd Ammendment rights are the first and foremost litmus test I use to determine who I can vote for, I cannot support either of these candidates.

I don't know where the other candidates stand, but I can't see any of them having a chance at winning, so it doesn't really matter. I'll probably stay at home on election day. :(

2. ALL of the candidates left standing
support the AWB ban...even Chimpy pays it lip service, although he hasn't done a thing to make the renewal happen.

All of the Democrats support closing the gun show loophole, and both Edwards and Kerry voted to kill the disgraceful "Bullseye Immunity Bill."

Guess the RKBA crowd is going to be stuck with Roy Moore if that loony decides to run....he has been flirting with the Militia of Montana while weighing his options.

25. Every candidate that dropped out of the race supported the AWB.
But it's good you came back Bench. I was starting to miss you.

5. Edwards
For a variety of reasons, mainly that he's more consistent and forthright than Kerry. RKBA is important, but it certainly isn't everything. As Edwards is a Southerner, he might be a little more reasonable when it comes to gun control. Both Dem candidates have approximately the same stance on RKBA, and both are a hell of a long ways from what I'd like to see the Democratic Party put in the WH, and all three (*, E, K) are basically bought and paid for, but you've got to pick your poison.

I wish Dean were here. I'll hold my nose and pull the lever for my candidate, but I'd have been really excited to see what Dean could have done with this country.

7. Ain't it a shame
that the past several elections have come down to voting for the least worse? God our country needs some new politicians, but I don't think I will see it in my remaining life time.

8. Dean
Clark was a close second choice.

And FWIW, Kerry is my state Senator.

9. None of the above
I voted and left the presidential selections blank.

In November, I'll probably vote Libertarian again, whether it's Nolan or Badnarik.

15. Just voted for Edwards in California
Not like it matters anymore since he's dropping out.

Felt like he was slightly better on RKBA than Kerry even though I am still pretty dissapointed in his vote today.

Sad really.

16. Kucinich
And six delegates for Sharpton.

I figure that I'm going to either vote Green or Libertarian(maybe alternate in between them throughout my whole ballot), I'm in a safe state but then again I wouldn't care if it was a safe state or not. Either a person EARNS my vote or they don't, there is none of this "taking away" shit.

18. It's a sad day
I agree with demsrule4life. We need to clean house altogether in D.C.

Too bad Tom Clancy's scenario for starting over is so drastic (read Debt of Honor to see what I mean).

22. Last time I checked
I have the right to dislike who I want even though there are people out there working hard to change that to. I feel politicians give a crap about one thing, themselves. They will do anything, including passing silly laws or not passing needed laws just to get votes.

20. I love Kucinich
And I liked Dean better than Kerry, but my opinion doesn't matter much right now. We're not a Super Tuesday state.

In the election itself, I'll vote for whichever Democrat gets the nomination. I like the Greens, but I won't do anything to help Nader, whether he runs as a Green or not. There are other ways to get ballot recognition. It's just not worth risking four more years of Dumbya and his wrecking crew.

You know, I really couldn't tell you who best represents pro-rkba. My only thought is getting rid of Bush and replacing him with someone who is even marginally less belligerent and more progressive. That's my priority. Right now, I have just this one overriding desire, and that's it.

24. Nobody good on the ballot.
Kerry & Edwards lost a chance at vote with their shenanigans on S.1805.

I did not vote for President.
