CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Cleveland Police received a call for a male shot at 11204 Ada. When officers arrived on scene, they found a male who had been shot in the stomach.
While on scene, officers were approached by a male who said that he had been walking down Lakeview earlier with two other males when they were surrounded by two unknown males. Those males attempted to rob them, but the victim told police he pulled his own gun and fired 2 shots at the suspect who had been pointing a gun at him.

The victim allowed officers into his home to show them the weapon used, and show his CCW permit.
The suspect that was shot was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.
According to certain posters here this wasn't supposed to happen.
Robber already had gun out. CCW isn't supposed to be able to defend against that.
CCWer didn't have his gun taken away by the criminal and used on him.
CCWer didn't shoot his friends instead of the robber.
CCWer didn't shoot multiple bystanders. (In fairness I will admit the the CCW took a stupid risk and fired three shots into the air to speed the other felon on his way.)
CCWer does not appear to have been shaking nervously and unable to aim. He hit the bad guy in the stomach, a center-of-mass shot.
How did this guy violate so many of the antis beliefs in just one incident?
