The suspect fired shots and escaped in the vehicle. The victim was struck and listed in temporary serious condition.

The victim received a gunshot wound to the body and was listed in temp-serious condition. Police said the investigation so far indicates that this was a self inflicted wound.

-- 12:01 a.m.: In the 200 block of W. Greendale, a backyard party was being
held to celebrate the return of a person who was just released from prison. During the celebration, shots were fired and five victims were struck. A 16-year-old boy was killed, an 18-year-old male is in series condition, a 16- year-old boy and 18-year-old man are in temporary serious condition and a 19 year-old male is in stable condition. The suspect or suspects are unknown.

As the suspects attempted to rob the victim, he ran. The suspect(s) fired shots, striking the victim. He was listed in serious condition. The suspects fled from the location.

If only there were laws against murder and maybe a law against firing a gun into the air at a party (5 victims out of that one incident?!?!)
So what was your goal in posting this in the gun forum, jpak? Other than to try and paint lawful gun owners with the same brush as gangbangers with no concern for human life, which is not only an untruth, but a blatant insult as well. I would say that you should be ashamed of yourself, but I'm not certain that you're capable of that level of introspection.
