So at least two mass shootings today both with rifles, wonder what rifle was used in West Va.? We know what was used in Nevada. 14. I agree. Those "long gun killing sprees" are indeed "rare"...

If you look at the data concerning the types of firearms used in crimes, you will find that "long guns" are employed in less than 3% of the crimes -- and long guns include the ubiquitous .22, as well as lever actions, semi-auto center fires ("scary guns"), bolt actions, single-shots.
