Deadly accidental shootings on the rise in South Florida
Serious accidental shootings that were once relatively rare tragedies in Broward and Palm Beach counties have been happening with alarming frequency over the past two years.

Since 2010 nearly a dozen such shootings in the region have left a victim critically injured or dead -- a dramatic increase from prior years when such cases typically were reported only once or twice annually, according to police and media reports.

5. Bullshit useless no-journalism article.
If it is 'on the rise', the journalist should have shown this. 12 in 2 years? Compared to what? Oh, right, accidental shootings nationwide are still trending down, as they have since the 50's.

So is this part of florida ACTUALLY experiencing more? Who the fuck knows, since the journalist gathered no facts whatsoever to support the assertion.

7. Reading the article it seems they're primarily NDs.
Perhaps southern Florida should have a firearms safety class or 30, open to the public. Then they could teach people the 4 rules and drastically cut the number of NDs.
