Watch video listen to the comments of the clerk and owner. Being lucky only carries you so far, and IMHO he was lucky this time.

Sure he got positive results this time but it could have just as easily ended up badly.

but my decision to use my weapon would depend on the situation. If I felt the robber only wanted the money and did not intend to hurt me I would simply give it to him.

I will not second guess the clerk's decision as I was not in his shoes. However, he needs to get some training.
