Scott Webb is a leader of Michigan's 'open carry' movement.

He's been a go-to guy when television stations or newspapers need commentary on the subject.

All of those PPOs were issued ex parte, and when he found out, challenged them and they went away.

If you were an ex-whatever, and you were given a chance to bad mouth someone on TV, would you do it? Funny, for a news channel that's part of Fox, apparently "fair and balanced" only applies to FNC, and not their affiliates.

And FYI, he stepped down as president of MOC before that story came out.
