Store owner stops robbery
Tony Marshall is fed up with being a victim.

"I've worked too hard to get what I have," said Mr. Marshall, who says thieves have twice stolen merchandise from his downtown computer store. "I'm tired of guys thinking they can get away with that."

The latest to allegedly try didn't get away. Mr. Marshall, brandishing a .38-caliber handgun, chased down a suspect Thursday morning near the intersection of Seventh and Vine streets, turning a typical downtown morning into high drama.

1. Seems he is lucky he never fired a shot!
He would have been charged! I do not believe that a store owner can be judge jury and executioner unless his/her LIFE is on the line...not just MONEY!

I can legally drop you dead in your tracks if you so much as attempt to walk out with my coffee cup.
(Life and Property State)

on edit - It would take more than that for me, but it's just an example

2. How dare he...
assault that poor guy. I'm sure he was trying to rob the store because he needed to feed his family. The so-called "thief" is the real victim and should not have been subjected to that "drama".

(I'm kidding)
