Victim Shoots Back; Attacker In Critical Condition

JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The suspect accused of killing a man Saturday night in a gas station shoot out was in critical condition Monday with a bullet wound to the head from the man he killed.

Detectives said Day {the victim} was carrying a gun as well. They said he had a concealed weapons permit and shot back in self-defense.
Police said Day's quick thinking saved his wife's life. She was sitting in the car watching it all.

3. I can't believe his wife or daughter weren't already dead....

you know...that you're more likely to kill a family member/someone you know with a gun...or was it you are more likely to die in your home if you keep a gun there.
