BATF needs improvement... |
|
It takes them way too long to approve a Class 3. I recently found this out when looking into purchasing a suppressor. I'm still getting it but 6-8 months is a long wait.

I'm surprised. I would have thought they would be faster.

3. And rumor has it that... |

they're moving base of operations to West Virginia. I dont' know if it's true but if they do move I expect to see a halt in approving form 4's for a while.

regulars know, and newbies will learn that I believe that ALL firearms restrictions need to die a rapid death.

No reason to restrict firearms to law-abiding citizens. I wish they're repeal the 86 Machinegun ban. We'd still have to go through BATF and get them approved just as we do now...nothing different, except the fact that we'd have new firearms instead of 20+ year old firearms. I bet there will be a push within the next 15 years to get it repealed.
Suppressors shouldn't even be considered C3! They do nothing but protect our hearing and make firearms more comfortable to shoot...but the anti's believe everything they see in the movies. The only suppressors that are "Hollywood quiet" are .22's with subsonic ammunition.
