Eviction Papers
...The Islamic culture is a violent and barbaric one whose one goal is to bring an end to all that we hold dear...

I know the enemy is illiterate and has little conception of reality. Yet, they do, I believe, understand power. They also comprehend that the constant flow of checks to the families of the "martyred" homicide bombers is all the more reason to continue their policy of targeting innocent Israeli civilians and picking them off at will. That can and should be stopped immediately. The government seems to be attempting to do so by stemming the flow of funds into the so-called "charities" that support these terrorist groups. But more has to be done. Far more. And this is the time. ...

The residents will have a week to decide and rid their areas of terrorists and physically deliver them to Israel, or Israel will do it for them, en masse. Notify them that they have already lost 10% of the land that has been turned over. Then send every F-16 in the Israeli air force loaded with bombs to take out every public facility ...

The choice is theirs. They have a week to eliminate Arafat and his harbored terrorists or they will get their wish and become dead martyrs with seventy-two virgins waiting for them. However, let it be known that the physical bodies of these terrorists will be wrapped in pigskin and buried....

1. Two cultures who are brothers and could do so much together, but
an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth. The Old Testament reigns again.

7. I do agree
sometimes it can be easy to forget that they really are racists and, frankly, just not smart ... as opposed to having merely an 'opposing viewpoint' on what policy is best.

5. No...
right-wing whackos will do us in. History is littered with examples of what happens when a right-wing, extremist movement takes hold of a people. I think it's safe to say that Hitler was not a liberal. America is just brimming with right-wing extremists. So is Israel, the Middle East, South America, etc., etc., etc. There are peaceful Muslims--the sufi, I believe, would be a good example. Then there are violent Christians seething with hatred for anyone who doesn't share their views. It's the 'black and white' small minded ignorance that causes so much grief in the world.

14. Viewpoints
So the writter expressed personal vies about the money flow (Saudi to bombers and supporters, etc) and may have touched a few trigger points for you anti-Israel liberals. However, I've heard more dangerous and radical solutions from the members of this board, and very unwisely expressed.

By the way, look at my recent posted article about Saudi financing of Hamas. It's not a a far-flung right-wing extremist viewpoint.

15. wrong
For one, us "anti-Israel liberals" (I assume, the same as "leftist retards"?) do not speak from the racism that this writer obviously does - so what are you doing defending this crap?

For another thing, you make a blanket statement that more "dangerous and radical solutions" have been proposed here - yet, to you, freezing the settlements is "genocide".

Sorry, but you don't have any credibility to judge what is a "radical solution" - or what is or isn't an extremist viewpoint.

19. Rightful
Some posters have gone overboard, in my opinion. No I'm not defending the article or the author. However, although the language may not be well-phrased, the Saudi money flow has increased.

Some solutions, such as moving the Jewish state around on the globe, or offing all the Israeli govnm't or removing Israeli defenses, have been considered, have they not?

Sorry, but you don't have any credibility to judge what is a "radical solution" - or what is or isn't an extremist viewpoint.

As a citizen of Israel, I have the right to vote here. That is more than enough credibility for me to express my viewpoint.

22. credibility
a definition: "the quality or power of inspiring belief"

http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary

Do you think that Rush Limbaugh has credibility just because he is a citizen of the U.S.?

I don't know who you think you are inspiring by calling the liberals on the board "anti-Israel" - or by saying that freezing of settlements is genocide, but credibility is something you definitely don't have just because you're a citizen of Israel. You want to start gaining credibility with the "anti-Israel liberals" at DU? Here's a hint: try saying things that make some sense.

23. Some may disagree
with your assessment of my contributions. If you don't agree that's alright with me. But your last two posts have lost the focus of the discussions. That is, they've become a bit too much focused on the person.

If you think that removing people from their homes is not a crime, then your defense of Palestinian rights starts to show some cracks in it.

24. Removing people from their homes - like the Naqba?

or the "home demolitions" that the US funded Sharon regime's thugs carry out every day? Or both?

26. hmm, well, I'm pro-rule of law. Settlements are against international law

Settlers should be able to choose whether they wish to live in Israel proper or return to Brooklyn.

I would not be opposed to an amnesty for the settlers themselves, however the US and Israeli officials who knowingly utilized them in a willful and intentional violation of international law should have a fair and open trial and access to counsel, and be housed in clean and humane conditions pending that trial.

How about this:

Anybody who thinks Israel is a great ally should go live in Gaza.

Any takers?
