For the third consecutive day, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) imposed a curfew on the northern West Bank town of Jenin following a large-scale military incursion on Thursday, which has so far resulted in the serious injury of three Palestinians, including a 12-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl..Palestine Red Crescent confirmed that an unidentified 12-year-old boy, an eight-year old girl Farah Abu Srour and Khalil Abu el-Rubb, 19, were taken to the hospital after being seriously injured by IOF gunfire on Friday....
23-year-old man was also critically injured in the head during clashes between stone-throwing youths and IOF troops...Elsewhere in the West Bank, the IOF demolished the house of Ihab Abu Salim in the West Bank village of Rantis, north of Ramallah. Abu Salim was killed in an attack on an IOF military base near Tel Aviv 11 days ago, killing seven IOF soldiers, including a captain....three Palestinians were detained by IOF troops, Palestinian sources said. One of them was identified as Jihan Daraghmeh, the sister of a female bomber who had carried out an attack last May.
Ezzedin al-Qassam Brigades member Jihad Abu Suheireh, 34, died when the IOF army demolished the house where he had taken shelter, Palestinian security sources said. The victim’s cousin, Ramez Suheireh, who is a member of the Palestinian national security services, was later detained by IOF troops in the camp, the sources added. Seven other Palestinians, including the victim’s brother and father, were wounded in the raid, witnesses said.
Backed up by an assault helicopter, IOF soldiers entered the camp in jeeps and tanks from the neighboring illegal Jewish settlement of Netzarim near Gaza City and surrounded the house. The helicopter fired rockets, destroying the building. Seven other buildings were also badly damaged.
