Palestine..Peace Not Apartheid
I loved the book. Everyone talks about President Carter here, but has anyone read his book? He puts it together so well in a simple straightforward manner for everyone to understand. I cannot figure out why it is No. 5 on the best seller list and dickhead O-Rielly is ahead of the former President Jimmy Carter. We are talking peace on earth when it comes down to Israel and Palestine and the whole world is watching, and I see no one discussing this book here on the DU or the Daily Kos.

1. O'Lielly's ahead on the list because of bulk purchases
His publisher goes out to the New York bookstores on the list and buys them back in bulk, so it bumps his position up on the Bestseller list. Ann Coulter's publisher does the same thing.

2. When you go to Borders (a Repug company, by the way, so don't fret), make sure O'Whiney's book
is escorted to the Fantasy & Sci-Fi section

4. More mass monopolization and overthrow of the small bookstores.
Please open one up yourself*****

3. I think the reason it's not getting discussed much...
Edited on Mon Jan-08-07 03:54 AM by ellisonz
is because it's not out in paperback to my knowledge and most libraries probably don't have a copy yet.

Either way, I await the opportunity to read it because I'm sure Carter is brilliant as always. I believe my father has ordered it in large print...

Welcome to DU! :hi:

Amazon has it at half off $27 to $14.
