Israel's Treasonous Leftists: Air Force Mutiny

The latest project of Israel's treasonous left is organizating mutiny in the Israeli Air Force. Twenty-seven pilots have signed a petition declaring they will not follow orders if ordered to strike at Palestinian terrorists. They claim that they are unwilling to operate where civilians are. They are unwilling to undertake ''targeted assassinations.'' They prefer that Israeli children are mass murdered on buses than their having to dirty their morally pure hands.

The only problem is that the terrorists are where civilians are.

Mutiny such as this is subject to 15 years in prison although the government and the leftist attorney general is unlikely to prosecute. If every Israeli soldier only followed orders when those orders happened to appeal to his political prejudices, the country would be fully diarmed, then destroyed, and the Jews placed in cattle cars--evidently what the left seeks.

The phrase "targetted assasinations" is not used in the air force letter.

The reason is that nobody in Israel uses that term. They use the (accurate) term, which is "liquidation".

He'd know that if he wasn't a vulgar propagandist for reactionary Israeli policies.

5. So Killing Civilians Is A Good Thing

Let's make sure that I understand what you're saying. As long as they get the terrorists it's okay to kill innocent Palestinians.

So I would guess that you would agree with the reasoning that the Germans used to destroy the Czech town of Lidice. They figured that
since one of the assassins of Reinhard Heydrich was reported to have
come from the village, that what they did was perfectly legal.

Yes I admit it's a little of an extreme example, but let's face it. A
suicide bomber kills Israelis, and it's all over the news, sometimes for days. An Israeli jet drops a bomb on an apartment building, trying
to kill a Hamas leader, but also kills 13 innocent people. The news will put it on just before the the break, and they may mention it a few days after that. It seems that it's okay when Muslims die, but not
when Israelis are killed.

What was once "just liberal thinking," has already become "leftist," and is steadily moving toward "Socialist" in its beliefs. They ridicule the American position of power in the world, and call it sinful. They feel we must share that power with others. American corporations are not seen as the primary creators of the wealth that we all enjoy. Instead, they are portrayed as greedy and evil entities with global tentacles that must be tamed and severely disciplined. According to this sentiment, we Americans just have it too good. We need to forego some of the privileges of our economic system. To do otherwise is to fail to take care of the planet. Or, so goes their thinking.

The editorial policies of the Chronicle require that they promote any point of view critical of conservative thinking, and to ignore the reverse. They have no intention of producing any semblance of "balance." While I doubt that the editors are liberal extremists, this policy tacitly endorses the views of the most "far-out" globalization opponents, as well as the policies advocated by the extreme environmental "whackos."
