Israel dynamites home of suicide bomber

Israeli troops on Sunday dynamited the West Bank family home of a Palestinian suicide bomber who killed 19 people in the northern town of Haifa the previous day, Palestinian security sources said.

A 30-strong column of Israeli tanks and other armoured vehicles launched a pre-dawn raid in the West Bank town of Jenin, where a curfew was imposed on Saturday.

The Israeli forces headed for the home of suicide bomber Hanadi Tayssir Jaradat, a 29-year-old Palestinian lawyer who carried out the attack at a restaurant in Haifa in the name of Islamic Jihad.

Her one-floor family home where eight people lived was dynamited by the troops. There was no word of any casualties.

I really have no idea of the law in Israel. Is this legal to do? Does a court issue a dynamite order?

I think you are confusing Israel and the US with countries who employ the rule of law.
