Rockets hit Israel as Gaza truce nears end date
JERUSALEM (AFP) — Militants in the Gaza Strip fired rockets at southern Israel on Tuesday, two days ahead of the expiry of a troubled truce.

Three rockets hit open ground in southern Israel without causing any casualties or damage, an army spokeswoman said.

The armed wing of the radical Islamic Jihad movement said it had fired four rockets in response to the overnight killing of one of its members in the West Bank.

The incidents came just two days before a six-month-old Egyptian-brokered truce in and around Gaza was due to expire.

4. The poster I was replying towas specific to Hamas

and the article said Isamic Jihad, but for some I guess one Palestinian is the same as another

slamic Jihad is significantly smaller than Hamas, and lacks the wide social network that Hamas has. The Palestinian Islamic Jihad was formed in the Gaza Strip during the 1970s by Fathi Shaqaqi and Abd Al Aziz Awda as a branch of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad, an organization currently led by Ramadan Abdullah Mohammad Shallah. The group is also said to receive some funding from Hezbollah. The group has also clashed repeatedly with Hamas following the latter's takeover of the Gaza strip in mid-2007.

7. And your point?
Vegasaurus was saying Hamas, the governing body of Gaza, was going to allow a continuation of misery. You then pointed out the ones shooting were IJ. I asked "and?" because mentioning that had no bearing on the original comment. Yes, IJ members have been arrested in the past. If Hamas is not continuing to do this, then Hamas is intent on letting the citizens of Gaza live in misery. Hamas is responsible for Gaza, don't you agree?

9. And, as usual, you miss the point.
But then again, I am just as familiar with your "points" as well.
