Hamas represenative: Smuggling of arms will continue to Gaza

Beirut - The representative of the Palestinian movement Hamas in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, said Sunday the movement would continue smuggling arms into Gaza and the West Bank.

'It is our right to have weapons, and we shall continue to enter arms into Gaza and the West Bank. Let no one think that we shall surrender,' Hamdan said at a rally at UNESCO headquarters in Beirut.

'Those that believe that a number of aircraft carriers could monitor the sea and that satellites in space could monitor underground tunnels and prevent arms from entering into Gaza are delusional,' he said.

He noted that smuggling arms into Gaza was never a 'walk in the park' but rather a tough journey paid for in blood, sweat and tears.

1. If Israel won't let them fish on water, have blown up the tunnels on the Egypt

side, and they've been invaded and occupied from the Israel side - then it means - Israel HAS CONQUERED and owns Palestine.

What's the alternative, there is little hope of Palestinians getting arms.

I think Israel is not going to budge out of Gaza.

Is Israel going to get away with breaking treaties and slaughtering?

Why is he here having a rally talking about weapons?

Do I have the wrong organization?

If they smuggle anything it shoud be food and medicine as they have stated many times they are not getting enough.
