I think that's an issue worthy of review on the DU of all places.

I hope it wasn't racist though. I don't have the least knowledge nor interest in the Jewish religion, but all I see in Palestine is the most sophisticated prison the world has ever seen, perhaps the future of America even.

are disgusting. The idea of a bulldozer being a killing machine is so inhumane. I cannot believe that shit like this is still going on in the world today.

Is that the future of America? New riot and people-control technologies are right now being tested on the people that don't matter to the elites running things now: Palestineans. I'd say so, though our lines of division won't be religious or even ethnic, they will be class based. Maybe sooner than we think police cars will be protecting the rich neighborhoods...oh wait, that's already happening.

with a discussion of Pelosi slamming Dean for saying that the U.S. should have an "even-handed" policy towards Israel.

And, all of a sudden, that thread is now archived and buried.

Who would have known that such a topic would vanish...

Why do people so fear the truth? Because they'd have to realize they've been believing a lie all along? Heck, that's easy - I went through that with my biological father, believed a lie about him for 23 years, and I managed!

I'd love to see more courage in tackling these issues around here.

7. I moved it to the archives

The thread had been safely dormant for six plus weeks. While people had plenty of time to discuss the topic back then, I might have been sympathetic about keeping it up had the added discussion actually been about the original article.
