This is a list of casualties of US citizens. Some may hold dual citizenship, but the majority are not included in the numbers for Israeli deaths and injuries.

This is from Aruz sheva but as there is no editorial content, it should not be a problem here. The list is posted from official sources in Israel. Note the attacks in the years before Camp David, and the opening of Intifada II. They were not years of peace, contrary to claims sometimes posted. Suicide attacks are not the only form of terrorism, and Israel, being well guarded thwarts many attacks. An attack that is prevented is still a threat as far as security is concerned.
