Therefore it is not on the green line, since it mandates the inclustion of West Bank settlements. All they are doing is putting Sharon's monstrocity into writing and claiming it is something different then the previous policy.

Palestinians would get screwed on water would be the only downfall there (and that is deadly serious over there don't get me wrong). It doesn't however lock them into cantons the way the present projected wall does or restrict their access to the rest of the world.
