Yesha Council leader calls U.S. ambassador 'collaborator'

Yesha Council leader Adi Mintz, in a Wednesday interview to the Shas Party's magazine, accused United States Ambassador to Israel Dan Kurtzer of collaborating with the left and labeled Kurtzer a "Jew boy."

Mintz told the Day to Day ("Yom Leyom") magazine that "a Jew boy is sitting in the American Embassy and I'm not ashamed to utter the term - he receives reports from Peace Now and runs to the State Department with them."

Mintz claimed that Kurtzer's activity has turned the illegal outposts into a central issue for the Americans, who in turn are pressuring Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
