On the 7th of July 2005 London was hit by a series of explosions. You probably think you know what happened that day. But you don’t.

The police have, from the onset of their investigation, chosen to withold from the public almost every bit of evidence they claim to have and have provably lied about several aspects of the London Bombings.

The mainstream news has wilfully spread false, unsubstantiated and unverifiable information, while choosing to completely ignore the numerous inconsistencies and discrepancies in the official story.

The government has finally, after a year, presented us with their official ‘narrative’ concerning the event. Within hours it was shown to contain numerous errors, a fact since admitted by the Home Secretary John Reid. They have continuously rejected calls for a full, independent public inquiry. Tony Blair himself described such an inquiry as a ‘ludicrous diversion’. What don’t they want us to find out?

1. UK suspended article 5 of the European convention on Human Rights

...(since the 7/7 bombings) police powers have risen considerably. These include the right to detention without trial. The UK is currently the only European nation to have suspended article 5 of the European convention on Human Rights, which prevents detention without trial.
How can a supposedly free moral and rational society allow the imprisonment of human being without having the evidence to actually charge them with wrongdoing? What happened to the concept of innocent until proven guilty? When was it decided that it no longer applies to every one of us irrespective of race or background?

Consider the cases of the following terrorists:
Walter Wolfgang, 82 year old pensioner removed from the labor party conference in september 2005 for hackling Jack Straw. And then, after trying to gain reentry detained under the Terrorism Act.
Eighty year old John Cat, stopped by police for wearing a t-shirt suggesting that Bush and Blair be tried for war crimes; searched under the Terrorism Act.
Sally Cameron, arrested and held for four hours for walking on a cycle path in Dundee, under the Terrorism Act.
Isabel Alice Cockrof, stopped and searched under the Terrorism Act, despite being eleven years old.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Ian Blair said in a GMTV interview in february 2005: "I don't think people should distinguish to easily between crime and terrorism.

4. exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed

The transcript is as follows.

POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.

HOST: To get this quite straight, you were running an exercise to see how you would cope with this and it happened while you were running the exercise?

POWER: Precisely, and it was about half past nine this morning, we planned this for a company and for obvious reasons I don't want to reveal their name but they're listening and they'll know it. And we had a room full of crisis managers for the first time they'd met and so within five minutes we made a pretty rapid decision that this is the real one and so we went through the correct drills of activating crisis management procedures to jump from slow time to quick time thinking and so on.
