New York Stories: 9/11 First Responders

http://kpfa.org/archives/index.php?arch=16240

"Toxic conditions at ground zero, on 9/11 and long afterward, have had devastating physical and psychological effects on a category of persons known as "first responders". These are the people that showed up, some within minutes, some from across the country, and stayed for weeks and even months. At Community Church in New York City on September 9, 2006, a group of 9/11 first responders shared their experiences at ground zero and afterward. Though they were touted as heroes, they have been treated like poor servants. Presentations by National Guardsman, David Miller; former New York City police officer, Craig Bartmer; volunteer and civil air patrol pilot, Major Mike McCormick; and former Air Force Special Operations for Search and Rescue, Kevin McPadden."

You must absolutely listen to this. I command you!

1. Yes, sir. if nothing else, then out of respect for the brave, and honest
souls who gave their lives, and those who will likely wind up giving their lives trying to save others during and after 9/11. :patriot:

Not only the speakers but there was something electrifying in the audience response that gave me hope and courage.

3. That was very good, electrifying,
the way they are being treated is sickening. I agreed so strongly with the part from Craig Bartmer about the term "conspiracy theorists" it's not rue it is a way the corporate media has of making an ad homonym attack on people with alternate explanations of 9-11 based on facts. What he said about the media reminded me of the OCT. Kevin McPadden heard people at the Red Cross talking about how the wtc7 was going to come down.
I wonder if there isn't something else causing these people to be so sick. Pulminary fibrosis, it's a death sentence. McCormack said that Bloomberg had 1 billion dollars to aid first responders and he has spent 40 million on claims denials.
So Mike McCormick is the one was raided by a swat team awhile ago, I wonder if that was after he spoke.

4. re:raid
The raid was on the 12th, so it was after.

"Ground zero hero Major Mike McCormack says he was deliberately targeted for helping release documents on EPA government cover-up, says 75% of police, firemen believe 9/11 cover-up."

Everyone should take the time to listen to these first responders. They should go on a speaking tour.

6. One of the best testimonies I've heard and . . .
I sent this link out in an email to my family and friends a few days ago.

If anyone just honestly sits and listens (with no distractions around) to these testimonies you can not help but be moved to tears, and know our government did 9/11 to us.

It is personal testimonies like this that can crack the heart open and let truth pour in.

7. Wow.
Someone needs to make a documentary about these brave people while they are still alive.

8. The Naudets touch on this in their update.
Update to the Emmy award winning documentary 9/11, produced by brothers Gedeon and Jules Naudet and retired firefighter James Hanlon, shown on Britain's Channel 4 after a repeat showing of the documentary.

In September 2001, filmmakers Jules and Gedeon Naudet filmed throughout 9/11 and the days afterwards from the firemen's perspective. As the fifth anniversary of 9/11 approached, the filmmakers revisited the scene of the original documentary.

This update includes interviews with the FDNY firefighters featured in the 9/11 documentary. Some have changed jobs, some have been promoted - none can forget what they went through and all are worried about their state of health after the conditions they endured that day. One of the Naudet brothers was married in the Engine 7, Ladder 1 firehouse.
