If you don't trust any of the domestic newspapers of record to report the story, then you should try some of the foreign ones. Perhaps The Globe and Mail or Toronto Star since Canada is involved. My post was a satirical response to some of the posters over at CU that were injecting bitterness and politics into the situation. The inappropriateness of some of their comments had also been pointed out by others in that thread. I thought my comment was sufficiently over-the-top to convey my meaning. Apparently I overestimated the ability of certain people to comprehend the intention of that post.
