Tracking New Posts to DU Forums

Does anyone here have any tips for the most efficient method for tracking new posts to this forum?

It's possible to track new topics to the main DU forum with an RSS feed, which is nice (especially with Google Reader), although I don't believe there is a protocol to track new posts under topics with RSS feeds.

The 9/11 forum doesn't even offer a RSS feed for new topics, not to mention for new posts under topics qualified by various criteria and filters.

Eyeballing topics for new posts, especially under highly active topics, requires more time and effort that it is worth.

Thanks for any insights into managing the information flow with the DCForum+ interface.
