Another serious question for "truthers"
Many of you seem to regard nearly everything as a "psy-op" almost irrespective of what it is, This makes, as I am sure you probably realizing, it pretty difficult for the rest of us to follow along. For example, I am amazed to find that a number of you regard the Columbine shootings as a "psy-op".

In the interest of promoting a more vigorous debate, could you clarify things for us. Frankly, given the tendency of many of you to believe that everything is a "psy-op", perhaps it would easier to compile a list of things that WEREN'T "psy-ops" (in the interest of keeping the list more manageable. For example, was WW II a "psy-op"?

He replied, “My good man. Its my unique ability to recognize the obvious”.
Unfortunately for you... dude, you DO NOT have that capability.

Many of us? Dude, really? There may be some small group for whom *everything* is a conspiracy, but trying to lump the enormous number of people who have legitimate questions and doubts about the OCT in with some garden-variety-conspiracy-theorist-archetype, is bogus. Some part of you must know this, so why do you bother with this stuff?

1) You label all doubters of the bull-crap government story a "truther". That's a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life BTW.

2) Asking "truthers" why they promote all kinds of crazy CTs is a cheap, silly, way to paint everyone with the same bullshit brush.

Your game is lame. Fail.

There are multiple reports of more than one shooter. The improbability of the attacks. The whole story has the makings of a media psy-op with a classic patsy.

I have to say that with each passing day, I'm more convinced the flu scare IS a psy-op.

Do you truly blame anyone for being cynical after over seven years of dealing with the post 9/11 Bush Co. domestic psy-op program?

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=125&topic_id=231259#231304

There are several reasons why the perps would use explosives instead of a real plane--

1) guaranteed hit in the right spot, no risk of missing
2) guaranteed complete penetration, no risk of major aircraft parts coming off and being identified as being the wrong plane
3) psy-op aspect with video fakery

14. in a sense, the mods' reflexive move of this post to the 9/11 forum shows the success of CIA psy-ops, with phrases like "conspiracy theorist," etc.

Only government could have pulled off a psy-op this big, not a rag-tag band of Arab incompetents with no visible means of support repeatedly running afoul of law enforcement in the field.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=125&topic_id=246042

According to the CIT super-sleuths/psy-ops experts, he didn't really see all those details; he added them to his memory later, after hearing about them.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=post&forum=125&topic_id=275873&mesg_id=275899

Multiple shooters identified by students don't make it into the official report; Harris and Klebold "suicide" dubious; official report delayed and delayed -- until after 911 finally knocked Columbine off the charts; kids on drugs not intended for depression; parents associated with psy-op military bases, etc etc.

I think you will really like this interesting and well-done video on some of the Columbine anomalies. Some of the Masonic-Satanic stuff at the end kind of made we wonder if it's part of the psy-op, but other than that it's very good:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=125&topic_id=242668

I don't know about you, but I think that easily qualifies as "many". And, you're going to love this, Subdivisions...the author of the post about 911myths.com being a psy-op is YOU, dude. The phrase "hoisted on his own petard" comes to mind.

Note: to save you further embarrassment, I did not bold where the term "psy-op" appears. You might want to be more "careful" in the future, dude.

simply asked for examples. Additionally, to an extent I can see your point. The term "psy op" does seem to pop up from time to time. However, it seems like most of the examples you could find using DU's search function are tied directly to the topic of 9/11. I fail to see how that qualifies "Many of you seem to regard nearly everything as a 'psy-op' almost irrespective of what it is".

So, what does "nearly everything" include. THAT is what I was actually wanting to know with my "challenge" - not just a handful of 9/11-related instances of the phrase.

911myths.com passes off MYTHS as facts in an attempt to deflect the truth regarding 9/11. Everyone knows that. Hell! Their name admits it!

Also, you said "nearly everything". The post I made is related to, ummmmm...., 9/11. Now, can you find an instance where I referred to anything else (other than 9/11) as a psy-op that wasn't actually a psy-op?

36. are you kidding?
I hope your post is tongue-in-cheek, but it just seems silly. Obviously the name of 911myths.com does not "admit()" that the site "passes off MYTHS as facts in an attempt to deflect the truth regarding 9/11." On the contrary, the point of the site is to rebut myths so that truth can emerge.
Whatever you believe about 9/11, the spreading of false claims helps no-one, and we’d like to play a small part in revealing some of them. We’re not about debunking entire conspiracies, then, but will use this site to zoom in on what we think are the more dubious stories, revealing the misquotes, the distortions, the inaccuracies that are so common online.

But does this make us an authority? No. If we’ve an overall message here, it’s check things for yourself. Don’t trust a site just because it’s telling you what you want to believe. Don’t believe us without evaluating our arguments and checking the references we provide, either (we’re as likely to make mistakes as anyone else). Look into the claims yourself, discover both sides of the argument, and make your own mind up. The truth deserves nothing less.

And no Columbine, Ft. Hood, and 9/11 were not psy ops.

The crap you spout really makes my blood boil. I'm in New York City and this week will be sitting around numberous friends and family members some of whom lost friends and family to the dreadful events of 9/11. I have a relative that was in the builing, I have relatives that saw the second plane hit the building, and I know people who worked on the cleanup. The ludicrous assertions that planes did not hit the towers, that nano-thermite brought down the buildings, that nuclear bombs or space rays were used, that a cruise missle hit the pentagon, are just that, ludicrous. They have no basis in reality.

I didn't say Columbine or Ft Hood were psy-ops.

Also, I know planes hit the buildings - I'm not a no-planer and I have chastised the no-planers directly on this very forum. I have decried the nano-thermite paper by Jones et. al. as not credible until I see a separate and independent study of the dust that confirms Jones et. al. And I have suggested that the 9/11 Truth Movement find new credible front men/women for its campaign than rely on the same old cast of characters, including Gage, Jones, Griffin, Ruppert, etc. I have never said anything as completely insane and stupid as nuclear bombs or space rays brought down the towers. And, I have never said a cruise missile, or anything other than an airplane, hit the Pentagon. So, I don't know who the fuck you think you're talking to but you FAIL.
