They stopped cross-hatching here in NJ -- too noticeable, I think --

But over the past like 3-5 years, they have really progressed . . .

the stuff comes out in puffs now -- squares that expand -- rather than the

straight thin line.

Eventually all the chemicals fall to the earth, but presumably no one is concerned

about that!!!

Don't think this is military any more -- think it was passed in private hands -- ???
