How close to reality is this video?

1. It's funny
2. I wondered after watching it, if truthers think this is implausible and has no basis in reality.
3. I as a so called OCT'er thinks this is frighteningly close to how things really work in our counter-terrorism efforts.

So on a scale of 1 to 10

With 1 being, this never happens, because our the CIA, NSA, FBI, ec, etc, are so well integrated and operate with such complete knowledge that the depiction in the video is nearly pure fiction.

or 10, If we really knew how often this type of screw-up happen we would have no confidence in the counter-terrorism effort.

Me, I'm about a 6 or 7.
