The Internet Archive has put together a TV archive, featuring the raw footage from a wide variety of TV stations and networks during 9/11/01, and the days that followed. The project is being called “Understanding 9/11: A TV News Archive.”
Users can watch the raw video from the Washington DC affiliates for all of the major broadcast networks, as well as CNN, the BBC, the CBC and other cable channels. Markers signifying key events have been noted, so you can see how all of the channels covered press conferences, breaking news and other key moments from that day and week.
Update: To clarify, this is a relaunch of the 9/11 TV archive. It is adding a new interface as well as some new content.
