Not what you'd hear in late rounds of American Idol -- but then again, who wants to listen to late rounds of American Idol?

The production values are weak (I see no point in belaboring the details here), but the real problem is the content. A big problem with the Truth Movement all along has been highly selective appeals to authority, and it's morbidly amusing to watch it play out in this and the other folk song video posted overnight. "Listen to the architects / Heed(?) the words of the engineers": not likely to galvanize anyone who hasn't already formed a strong opinion one way or another. Showing footage of WTC 7 falling, over and over and over again, underscores the weirdness of the AE911Truth arguments. How do you convince people that the collapse of WTC 7 is somehow a key to the events of 9/11?

Not an easy sell, which is why the movement has a fallback position, showcased in the other song: congratulate oneself on the courage to see what the common sort of people refuse to see. "We are the few, we are the fearless / We are the ones who dare to know the Truth, our pluck is peerless / There's a choice we're making...." Sing with me now! Or don't.
