Why did only Sweeney and Ong phone officials on 911?

Does anybody have an idea on the following question:

We do have two phone calls from AA 11 where two flight attendants, Sweeney and Ong, called officials right after it was clear for them that the plane had been hijacked.
Why is there no similar phone call from any other plane?
(This question is certainly not about judging the flight attendants of the other flights)

You do recall the numerous phone calls from the passengers of Flight 93, and Flight 77 had the infamous Barbara Olson and another passenger call.

Yes, I do recall this.
I was wondering why no other flight attendant called any official like Sweeney and Ong did.
On UA 93 Sandra Bradshaw phoned her husband (time unknown) and CeeCee Lyles phoned on 9:57 her husband too. But noone called any official to signal a hijack like Sweeney and Ong did.

Sandra Bradshaw told her husband (time unknown): That they have been hijacked by three guys with knifes. Most of passengers are in the back. One hijacker she believes was dark-complexioned. She boils water. Then she ends the call by "Everyone's running to first class".

CeeCeeLyles left a message on the answering machine of her husband:
She only says that the plane has been hijacked by three guys and that she had heard of the WTC.


What I'm wondering is: It seems to have been standard procedure to inform the officials of the airline in case of a hijacking as it was done by Ong and Sweeney. Why wasn't it done on the other three flights?
