Why didn't the airlines ever rebuild

Flight 93 or Flight 77.

This is standard operating procedure that has part of the crash investigation, even when they already know the cause, they still try to rebuild the whole plane.

Whole planes that crash into the ground or low buildings don't just disintegrate and disappear. There is always debris and lots of it. Even in Flight 800 (for one example) they were able to reconstruct almost the entire plane and eventually recovered every passengers remains and that was in the ocean and the crash had a lot of fire.

So where are the planes. There have been no reports since 9-11 of any aspect of the investigations that are supposed to happen after every crash? Why not?

3. Airlines don't rebuild crashed planes, the NTSB does.

They weren't in charge of the investigation, so they didn't rebuild the planes.

I have no idea why the FBI chose not to rebuild the planes.

6. The question remains, regardless of which agency is in charge

why weren't the planes rebuilt? Even if you think you know the cause of the crash, I am sure there is still a lot of valuable information to gain from these investigations. For example, what components of the plane failed or even more interesting didn't fail. Sequence of events, that sort of thing. Especially with Flight 93 where it was not apparent what caused the plane to crash. Was it shot down? Did the passengers manage to get into the cockpit but couldn't figure out how to control the plane in time? Did the plane break up in the air because of extreme high speeds and stress? So many questions, but none of the officials seemed even remotely interested in finding out about? Odd?

However, I agree with others here: The FBI took over and didn't allow the NTSB to do its typically thorough job. And you can only wonder why...

5. Reportedly NTSB has their timelines down to the second; Flight 93 has

this flaming 3 minute discrepancy between the end of the cockpit recorder and the seismic evidence.
