Just how profetic was Tommy Franks regarding 911?
I found this clip and was a bit shocked. I've never heard this mentioned anywhere before.

4 days prior to 9/11, Franks spoke to CentCom Inteligence Staff and they asked him a question and that question was "General, what keeps you up at night?" and Franks said he said

"One world trade center tower falling into another, a terrorist attack on the world trade center."

So, of all things, why would he answer that question with this response? Prior knowledge, ya think?

1. Weird-- but good find.
Franks' statement is doubly suspicious in light of the fact that he apparently oversaw thbe Able Danger operation and he was also in charge of the assault on Tora Bora where bin Laden apparently escaped.

2. Rummy was also prophetic; on the morning of 9/11 he was
discussing terrorism with Rep. Christopher Cox.

David Ray Griffin tells the story in "The New Pearl Harbor":

"Let me tell ya," the Associated Press quoted Rumsfeld as saying, "I've
been around the block a few times. There will be another event.
Therewill be another event." >2 And, if he in fact said this, he was
right. Two minutes later, at 8:46, Flight 11 crashed into the WTC's
North Tower.

Not quite an hour later, he did it again:

At this time, Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, according to the official
account, had not been informed of the approaching aircraft and was still
with Representative Cox. While they together watched the television
coverage of the WTC, Rumsfeld reportedly demonstrated his predictive
powers again, saving: "Believe me, this isn't over yet. There's going to
be another attack, and it could be us." Moments later, at about 9:38,
the Pentagon was hit.>7

3. wow
Even more interesting in light of his possible role in suppressing Able Danger, and his being the first of these characters to ever raise in public the possibility of suspending the US constitution after a terrorist attack.
