It's unbelievable that during the hurricane disaster in New Orleans nearly no military resources had been available.
German newspapers reported only 10 helicopters (maybe rented by television companies) were helping in the first few days.

Some questions:

What is the role of the national guard during the terror drills and which resources they have?

Any ideas which dimension were the terror drills of the national guard in the days before and during 9/11 ?

Not too convincing. <What is the role of the national guard during the terror drills and which resources they have?> You mean the 'terror drills' that you haven't established exist? Why bother? We all know that there were drills around the 17th in South Carolina, not too close to Louisiana. No nuclear bombs were detonated. Hey, I'll talk about HAARP weather modification for the fun of it, but don't get too excited about a story without legs. Good hunting.
