do you suppose there was a plan in place for an 'event' in L.A.?? and it was 'pre-empted' by Katrina??....wasn't W in CA, 'ready to take charge'??

....many were speculating that the delay in aid was an attempt to cause a riot (see M$M stories of black looters, etc) so that there could be a valid reason for martial law; W demanded Blanco allow him to take control of NO and LA, etc.......and it didn't work

....so the original, but now fall-back plan, starts.....power outage, martial law.....and hope for reaction a la Rodney King riots.......martial law........and all in the dark, so who knows what's going on??
