I don't think all that dust in the video was from steel. Now, if you are looking for a reasonable scientific explanation for the cloud, I recommend the video below.

of vermiculite packed into the perimeter columns: between the aluminum facade and the steel column. The dust you see is largely from this material escaping as the perimeter columns were destroyed.

I think it might be the sprayed-on asbestos fireproofing that's sometimes identified as "vermiculite plaster."

The "vermiculite" appears to be bound in the spray-on fireproofing. In other words, there isn't any loose, granular material inside or outside the columns, at least as shown in this figure, which is also in the NIST report.

If you can't find a link maybe you can explain how the vermiculite was sprayed on in the correct shape to allow the facade to be installed.

I believe the vermiculite plaster was poured into the cavity after the facade was installed. No where have I seen a reference to this fireproofing being a spray on material.

My guess is they applied it at the factory, or wherever the column sections were prefabricated.

It looks like the camera was adjusting to the light. Very common with digital cameras. You can tell by looking at the whole picture when the contrast is changed.

Besides, there is no need to use nuclear devices when conventional explosives work fine.

Conventional explosive will do the job just fine, if they are optimally placed and distributed. See this site. Free fall and total pulverization are explained as well as the fact that the wrong tower fell first.
