what is this white flash coming 12 floors above the crash floor

of WT2. If you watch the video you'll see other milisecond flashes of cutter charges. There should be no reason for that flash, none or the others caught in this video. Flight 175 crashed into the 78th floor sky lobby this flash comes from the 90th floor. How'd they do that

5. It's like the top was perforated, then started snapping off

before imploding and disintegrating. One of the witnesses described the explosions as going all around the building. That is what they were doing.
