8. Thanks for replying

I know that Baker headed a task force which producd the report Strategic Energy Policy Challenges for the 21st Century, but I can't find anywhere where he personally talks about the requisite "new pearl harbour" to "advance PNAC". FWIW, I also can't find Baker's name as signatory to any of the various statements put out by PNAC.
