Pentagon says 911 Interceptors flew too far, too slow, too late
It happens all the time. When a small private plane recently entered the 23-mile restricted ring around the U.S. Capitol, two F-16 interceptors were immediately launched from Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles away. In a similar episode, a pair of F-16 "Fighting Falcons" on 15-minute strip alert was airborne from Andrews just 11 minutes after being notified by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) of a Cessna straying towards the White House.

These were well-practiced routines. With more than 4,500 aircraft continuously sharing U.S. airspace, between September 2000 and June 2001 the Pentagon launched fighters on 67 occasions to escort wayward aircraft.

But on Sept 11, 2001, NORAD and the FAA ignored routine procedures and strict regulations. In response to a national emergency involving hijacked airliners as dangerous as cruise missiles, interceptors launched late from distant bases flew to defend their nation at a fraction of their top speeds.

1. Story version #103 - but it does cover the public facts
also makes the "top speed" pentagon statement/testimony under oath to Congress perjury - but who cares?

Skips the request for shoot down made to Bush but without a Bush response - and since the two pilots are now refusing to talk - that part will stay hidden for a few years, unless Otis Airbase ground crew 3rd hand comment is allowed by the press.

2. The conspirators have a great excuse for ignoring routine regs.
Part of the plot was to arrange for there to be an exercise simulating exactly what happened on 9-11. The date for that "exercise" just happened to be 9-11. So, all the conspirators have to say is: "everybody thought it was just part of the planned exercise, and that there wasn't a 'real' emergency."

Convenient, don't you think? Horse WHAT? Exactly.

3. coincidence #349..
but don't you dare bring that up to the know-it-alls who have done zero research on the subject, but are quick with the trigger when it comes to calling out conspiracy nuts.

5. Riiight. I noticed the sky appears blue this morning.
But I wouldn't want to be caught up in the "official story".
