And what are we doing to lessen similar threats here? I wonder how much of the $40 million we'll get to secure our ports.

1. There was a huge sum of money
recently made available to chemical plants and refineries with maritime access. Due to my job I get updates from the NJ homeland security office about once per week.

I forget the exact amount, but I think it was over 100 million.
