NPR Dianne Rheem show, woman just called in to say disinformation
for media to say Kerry has seeded Missouri to Bush and no longer battle ground state, she says there are plenty of Kerry signs and Kerry has big operation there and seems the media's aim is to discourage Democrats. Answer from guest(Susan): Kerry probably does have operation but according to the polls Bush has a commanding lead there and Democrats not working hard there.

Susan Page (USAT) quite well on the polls out of Missouri. She slammed her good by telling her that the Zogby and the SurveyUSA polls each give Bush like 49% and Kerry nipping right on his heels. Page sort of gulped a tad and backed off by saying her comments were simply based on what they can see on ground--that Kerry is not putting the money there and leads everyone (???) to believe they have conceded....EJ Dionne chimed in that --yes Susan was just speculating and he was sure she would buy everyone ribs if Kerry wins Missouri...HAHA LOL

payroll.

And I actually hate Rheem a little bit for always giving her and Kristol (who has admitted being on the Enron payroll and admits to lying for them) a platform every week.

4. These People Have No Concept Of Expense
These will be the same Monday morning quarterbacks, if Kerry loses, who would say "he spent all his money too early in states like Missouri"...you can't win.

Kerry's team knows the political landscape is very fluid and they have limited funds to work with. The game gets VERY expensive from ehre on out as states will be contested on the airwaves and TV time can get very, very expensive...especially if a candidate is trying to make a late minute buy. Without the Fairness Doctrine, broadcaster can and do charge obscene rates for commercial time in and around election day.

Page is on "the ground". Yeah, right. I saw her on a bunch of talking head shows out of Washington. Isn't Diane Rehm's show out of Washington, too? This wench needs to realize that Fairfax, Va. isn't on the West Coast.
