I just called the FCC and they gave the email address campaignlaw@fcc.gov to lodge complaints about the Sinclair Broadcasting abuses.

8. Done. Biased opinions are not 'news'. At best, it is editorializing.
Apparently the Janet Jackson mishap rates the full attention of the FCC, but not breaking federal campaign laws.
