Daryn Kagan compares Dem debate to "nursery school"

Yet another low point for CNN. Bill Schneider was doing a segment comparing the Dem primaries to high school elections. Kagan introduced by comparing yesterday's debate to nursery school.

I sent the following e-mail to CNN at

"Kagan's comparison of Sunday's Democratic debate to "nursery school" was unacceptable. It would have helped if CNN had chosen to show clips of the debate which were substantive and informative, not just those highlighting bantering between the candidates. Nowadays it is difficult to differentiate between cable "news" and David Letterman monologues. There were 11 republican candidates in the 2000 primaries. I do not recall any news network turning their debates into a comical parody."
